Instructions
Step 1
1. Oil, ghee and whole spices - 30 secs
Step 2
Add onions and pinch of salt
Step 3
Add 3 garlic and ginger blocks (total)

Cook 5- 10 mins. Add splash of water if onions get burnt

Add spices and salt. Mix well and add splash of water.
Step 6
Add tomatoes, green chillis. Cook for 5-6 mins until oil seperates
Step 7
Remove whole spices and smooth consistency
Step 8
Add 300ml boiling water. Simmer for 15 mins
Step 9
Add prawns. Garam masala. Cook 10 mins medium heat
Step 10
Add kasuri methi, lemon and coriander
