Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain

Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the garlic, onion, ginger, and chilli with the lemongrass for a few minutes until golden
Step 3
Add the port and colour over a high heat, then add the sugar soy and allow the caramilise
Step 4
Add the noodles and toss well to heat through
