Step 1
Soak dried chickpeas for 6 hour

Rinse chickpeas
Step 3
Bring the chickpeas to a boil in 1.5 liter of water skimming off any foam.

Add baking soda (1 tsp per 500 g chickpeas). Cover pot, reduce heat to medium, and cook 1-2 hours until mushy and thick.
Step 5
Cool chickpeas off in the fridge

Blend chickpeas until smooth. Add oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt and ice
