Instructions
Step 1
Portion your mince and mix in the spices. Divide by number of wraps you're going to use.
Step 2
Press the mince into each wrap to make a thin layer.
Step 3
To a hot pan, cook the mince face down for about 2 mins. Flip and cook for another 2 mins until crispy.
Step 4
Assemble with tomato, cucumber, onion, fries, and herbs. Squeeze lemon on top.
