Instructions

Step 1
In a jar or container add the oats, chia seeds and salt. Stir together to combine. Add the espresso, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well and top with a lid
Step 2
Place in the fridge and chill overnight. The oats will keep for 4 days refrigerated
Step 3
Unscrew the lid and give the oats a stir. Top with a big dollop of greek yogurt and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips
