1 Tbsphoisin sauce
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 tspsesame oil
1 tspcornstarch
2 TbspWater
Instructions
Step 1
1. Whip up the sauce: Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2
2. Get those noodles ready: Cook the noodles according to the package directions until just tender. Drain and set aside—don't overcook 'em.
Step 3
3. Sear that steak: Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat half the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Sear the steak for about 2–4 minutes, turning until deeply browned outside and cooked to your preferred doneness. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
4. Hit it with shrimp: Add the remaining oil and shrimp. Cook for about 1–2 minutes per side, just until opaque, pink, and lightly golden. Pull them out so they stay juicy.
Step 5
5. Bring on the crunch: Toss the peppers, carrot, onion, and green beans into the hot skillet. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 6
6. Sauce it up: Add the noodles, steak, and shrimp back to the pan. Pour over the teriyaki sauce and toss over medium-high heat until everything is coated in that shiny, sticky goodness and the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 7
7. Finish strong: Scatter sliced green onions over the top and serve piping hot. Boom—steakhouse meets noodle joint!
