Instructions

Step 1
1. Place tofu in a bowl and cover with soy sauce, leave to soak for 5 minutes. Flip and leave for another 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, heat a large frypan over medium heat and add sesame oil. Add bok choy and broccolini and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute or so. Season with salt and pepper and remove from pan.

3. Remove the tofu from the soy sauce mixture and season with spices, ensuring it’s coated all over.

4. Return the frypan to medium heat and spray with olive oil. Place the tofu into the frypan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on
