Open all cans

Drain chickpeas
Step 3
Chop veggies
Step 4
Heat up oil, add garam Masala
Step 5
Fry it in the oil until really smell it
Step 6
Add chickpeas, green chiles, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and ginger
Step 7
Add enough water to cover
Step 8
Bring to simmer, stir every now and then, in 20-30 minutes
Step 9
Add salt, add some lemon juice (can use rice vinegar instead) to brightened at the end
Step 10
Add cilantro at end
Step 11
Serve over rice
