Making a sensible dinner from a chicken ramen package. If you already have pickled watermelon radish in your fridge this is super quick. You can also use unpickled regular radish.

2 PackageChicken Instant Ramen

Frozen Edamame
Shelled

kale

2scallions

1carrot
large, shredded
Pickled watermelon radish

2eggs
soft boiled

chicken
shredded

1 TbsFresh Ginger

2 Tbsfresh Garlic
Spicy Vegetable stock
1 packetChicken flavor
discard the second

1 tspsoy sauce

½ tspoyster sauce

¼ tspfish sauce

sesame seeds

Nori
Shredded

sesame oil

chili flakes

white pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Soft Boil Eggs, let cool
Step 2
Microplane garlic and ginger
Step 3
chop and remove stems from kale
Step 4
peel and shred carrot
Step 5
Chop scallions
Step 6
Cook Kale with ginger and garlic in sesame oil
Step 7
Add pre-cooked shredded chicken to pan with kale to warm it up
Step 8
Cook edamame according to package instructions, season with white pepper
Step 9
Boil ramen noodles in 1 part spicy veggie broth 2 parts water
Step 10
Once noodles are done turn off heat: Add 1 seasoning packet, soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Start with ratio above and taste

Top with edamame, carrot, radish, kale, eggs, green onion, shredded nori, sesame seeds, chilli flakes
