Instructions

Step 1
Season the cutlet with your preferred seasoning and pepper. Massage on both sides and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare 3 separate plates, one is for the beaten eggs, one is for the flour, and the other one is for the bread crumbs. Dip the pork cutlet on to the flour and shake off the excess. Dip on the eggs and make sure to coat it well. Last is in the bread crumbs, press it so that the crumbs will stick.
Step 3
Deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
Step 4
For the sauce: combined all together the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Assemble on a plate! Cut the tonkatsu into strips and drizzle some tonkatsu sauce. Place some fresh cabbage on the side and put some japanese mayo on top.
