Step 1
Blend 1/4 cup oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup oatmilk, 1 tbs maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of cinnamon until combined for batter.
Step 2
Grease and heat pan over medium low heat. Pour batter into 2 large or 4 small pancakes. Add sliced bananas and flip.
Step 3
Top with melted peanut butter and syrup for serving.
