Step 1
1. In a bowl, mash your banana and mix with 25g yoghurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, chia seeds, oats, 10g protein powder and enough water to cover. Transfer into a jar
2. Melt your biscoff and stir in the remaining maple syrup, protein and plant milk and distribute over your oats
3. Melt chocolate in the microwave and mix in remaining yoghurt until smooth. Distribute on top of caramel on oats and place in the fridge overnight
