Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook until browned on all sides. Remove to crockpot slow cooker
Step 2
Add sauce, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, wine (if desired), garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to crockpot slow cooker; stir to blend. Cover; cook on LOW for 5-7 hours or HIGH for 2+3 hours. Serve over pasta.
