Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions

Add garlic and cook 1 min

Add pepper flakes and Bay leaf.

Add white wine and boil until almost evaporated.

Add tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
Step 6
Add tomatoes, salt, fresh oregano. Bring to a boil.
Step 7
Add seafood, cover, bring to a boil then reduce and cook 15 minutes, gently stirring periodically, until shrimp is cooked through.
Step 8
Serve over whole wheat pasta. Top with fresh basil
