Instructions

Hard Boil Eggs

Step 1
Bring water to a rapid boil
Step 2
Carefully place eggs into pot
Step 3
Boil for 7 minutes
Step 4
Directly scoop eggs into a bowl of cold water
Step 5
Allow eggs to sit in cold water for 2 minutes (you may need to refresh water to make sure it stays cold)

Toast

Step 6
While eggs are cooling, put 2 slices of bread into toaster
Step 7
Once eggs are finished, peel and set aside
Step 8
Take out toast, squish eggs onto toast with a fork (or, if desired, mash into a bowl and add ingredients before spreading on toast)
Step 9
Add a squeeze of mayo and mustard on top
Step 10
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill
Step 11
