Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in pan add in bay leaf, black cardamom, ajwain and saute
Step 2
Add onion chopped and saute till golden brown
Step 3
Roughly chop the tomatoes and puree it and keep aside
Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for half minute
Step 5
Add in tomatoes puree and cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes
Step 6
Add in red chili powder, chole masala coriander powder, turmeric, salt, dry mango powder and stir well
Step 7
Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until oil oozes out
Step 8
Add cooked chickpeas with its stock and stir well. Add some water abd cook on med 6-8 minutes
Step 9
Place in serving bowl and garnish
