Instructions
Step 1
Medium heat: Ginger + onions, then cumin, salt, garlic and cook gently for 10
Step 2
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for further 15
Step 3
Add spices and simmer on medium for 3-4, add water and simmer for 3-4
Step 4
Add chicken and simmer for 10-15
Step 5
Stir in spring onions and stir
Step 6
Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve with rice
