1Onion
medium size finely chopped

2Tomatoes
medium size finely chopped

3 Tbspbutter
Clarified, ghee

2 piecesDry red chilli

2 tspCumin seeds
Jeera

1 tspGinger
adrakh, finely chopped

1 tspGarlic
lehsun

1 tspKashmiri red chili powder

1 ½ tspCoriander powder
dhaniya powder

½ tspTurmeric powder

2 tspSalt

1 TbspFresh coriander
hara dhaniya
Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion, tomatoes, ginger. Take microwave-safe glass bowl and add finely chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic, cumin seeds, oil. Mix well all the ingredients. Now keep the bowl in the microwave and then Tap send to microwave to start cooking.
Step 2
When the microwave beeps, take out the bowl and add salt, red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fresh coriander. Mix well all the ingredients then keep the bowl again in the microwave. Press START/+30s button to continue the cooking.
Step 3
When the microwave beeps again, cooking will finish .
Step 4
Take out the bowl and punjabi dal tadka is ready.
