Step 1
Put the water in a saucepan to boil.
Step 2
When it is ready, add the Tarhana and mix well so that it does not clot.
Step 3
When the Tarhana softens, add the milk, butter, salt, pepper and cheese to the pot. Stir.
Step 4
Let the food get one last boil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the heat and serve.
