Instructions
Step 1
Boil kale for 5-10 mins, until soft. Drain. When able to touch, rip leaves (or chop roughly) into shreds.
Step 2
Heat oil in pan over low heat and add garlic and chilli.
Step 3
Meanwhile take sausage meat out of sausage skins. Crumble into pan. Brown meat in pan over medium heat. Breaking it up.
Step 4
Add white wine and evaporate alcohol. About 5 mins. Then add greens and stir through.
Step 5
Taste for seasoning and serve.
