Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Remove the sausage from its casing and break it into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the shallot and garlic, and cook until soft. Add the sausage and brown it well.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and become tender.
Step 4
Pour in the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer gently until slightly thickened.
Step 5
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and add it directly to the pan with the sauce.
Step 6
Toss well to coat the pasta evenly, then serve with grated parmesan on top.
