Instructions
Step 1
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
Stir in all the remaining ingredients, Mix gently.
Step 3
Too much stirring will make the waffles tough.
Step 4
Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter onto a greased, preheated waffle iron.
Step 5
Cook the first side until steam has stopped coming from the waffle maker.
Step 6
If necessary* flip the wafer maker once and cook until golden brown.
