Grilled Mushroom and Cheese Sandwich (4 ingredients, good anything)

This was a filling and utterly delicious breakfast sandwich on my camping trip. The health score doesn't like all the saturated fat in the butter, and Whisk doesn't recognize Dave's Killer Bread (which is healthier than generic bread, I'm sure). So feel free to use olive oil if you prefer, but all I had was butter. I was in a hurry, and I forgot to take any photos. Sorry.

Instructions
Step 1
Saute the mushrooms in the butter over medium heat.
Step 2
When the mushrooms are about halfway cooked, place the bread in the pan to heat it and soak up the pan juices.
Step 3
When the mushrooms are finished cooking, flip one slice of bread, and pile the mushrooms on top.
Step 4
Turn off the heat, and sprinkle the cheese over the mushrooms, letting it melt a bit.
Step 5
Place the remaining bread slice, juicy side down, over the sandwich and press down gently to flatten the sandwich to a biteable thickness. Enjoy!
