Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a pancake dough and let rest on room temperature for around 20 min.
Step 2
Spray a non stick pan with a cooking oul and warm up. Spoon around 1,5-2 tbsp of dough per pancake.
Step 3
Flip after few minutes and cook for another few minutes.
Step 4
Serve with Toscana or tzaziki sauce.
