3 Tbspred wine vinegar
1 Tbsphoney
2chipotles
or chipotle hot sauce
½ tspdried oregano
¼ tsppepper
2 Tbspsunflower oil

Instructions
Chipotle vinaigrette
Step 1
Put all ingredients except the sunflower oil in a blender and mix briefly. Then during the mixing process slowly pour in the oil.

Slice the bell pepper and onion.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the vegetables. Fry for about 3-4min stirring occasionally.

Season the steak with salt and pepper and drizzle on the olive oil. Massage the oil into the steak. Repeat on the other side.

Smash 1 clove of garlic.
Step 6
Heat the pan. When it is hot, add the sunflower oil. Then add the steak (leave the temperature on high). After 2 minutes, turn the steak and add the butter and rosemary.
Step 7
Fry for another 2 minutes. After frying, place the steak on a plate and let rest for 5 minutes. Then cut into cubes.

Place the cheese, fajita veggies and steak on one half of the tortilla.

Fold the uncovered tortilla half over it.
Step 10
Roast the quesadilla in a pan on both sides.
Step 11
Mix the sour creme with the chipotle vinaigrette and dip the quesadilla into the sauce.
