Instructions

Step 1
Peel and dice potatoes; dice onions
Step 2
Wash, trim & slice kale
Step 3
Add potatoes, onions, kale, bay leaf in pot, add water to barely cover all ingredients; prick sausage with fork and add on top (not covered in water); cover with lid and gently boil for 25 min
Step 4
Drain water, remove bay leaf and mash vegetables
Step 5
Add milk, butter and mix well; add salt and pepper to taste
Step 6
Serve with sausage on top or sliced and mixed in
