Quick and easy pasta salad

This is a quick pasta salad that I make when working from home with whatever I have on hand. For example, sometime I use white beans or chickpeas instead of kidney beans. If I feel I have feta cheese on hand, I'll toss that in too.

Step 1
Boil the pasta, dried tomatoes, and carrots until the pasta is Al dented.
Step 2
Meanwhile, make the dressing: add the lemon juice, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl and mix
Step 3
Next, chop and add the remaining ingredients to the larg bowl and toss.
Step 4
Once the pasta is done, drain and add to the large bowl and toss.
