2 min “Baked” Maple oats in a cup

I love oatmeal in different ways, today I made these delicious 2 min “Baked” Maple Oats in a mug and they were absolutely delicious!
I used a microwave for the quick 2 min version, however you can bake them in an oven for about 20 minutes.
Try them, they’re a warm yummy treat on a cold morning or anytime of the day!

Pour all ingredients into blender.
Step 2

Mix well.
Step 3
Pour into microwaveable mug

Microwave for 1 minute and check it. It should look like it’s starting to bake. It should be a bit firm, but still a bit jiggly with some moisture.
Step 5

Top with a few oats.
Step 6

Place back in the microwave for 15 seconds and check it.
Step 7
It’s Done when there’s no bubbles and looks softly firm.
Step 8
If it needs a bit more, just microwave in 15 second intervals until done.
Step 9

Drizzle a little Maple syrup on top for extra flavor.
