1 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspolive oil

450 gmChicken Thighs

Instructions
Chicken
Step 1
Place all the dry ingredients in a shallow bowl and mix
Step 2
Add yogurt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix.
Step 3
Add chicken and make sure chicken is coated thoroughly.
Step 4
Marinate chicken for 1 hr or overnight if possible.
Step 5
In a large frying pan, add a bit of oil.
Step 6
Once the oil is hot, fry chicken pieces.
Garlic Sauce
Step 7
In a separate bowl, add yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic. Mix.
