Step 1
Place drained tofu in bowl and chop to size.

In a bowl combine the chopped onion, celery, hummus, chopped pickle, mustard, lemon juice, dill (plus grated carrot if using) with pepper and mix
Step 3
Add the tofu chunks and try not to break up too much.
Step 4
Top the toasted rye bread with the mixture and serve.
