Instructions

Step 1
Fry off spices in oil for a minute or so while rinsing your lentils
Step 2
Add onion to pan and continue to fry for a further 4-5 minutes
Step 3
Add vegetable stock, water, tinned tomatoes and lentils to pan
Step 4
Simmer for ~25 mins, before adding cream and cooking for a further 5-10 mins
Step 5
Serve & Enjoy!
