Step 1
Measure all your spices into a bowl.
Step 2
Cube the chicken breast and dice the veggies.
Step 3
Melt the butter and add the green pepper. Cook until tender then add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add all the spices and cook for 1 minute. (Add 1 tbsp of water if it is too dry). Coat all the chicken and brown well.
Step 5
Add tomato sauce and let simmer at least 20 minutes (can add water if needed). 5 minutes before serving add the cream and cilantro.
