This is one of my favorite stews to make and to eat it’s so delicious, it’s super easy to make and it is packed with flavor, it’s amazing with white rice….
——Ingredients——
-2 pounds of your favorite cut of beef, lamb or veal (I used chuck tender steak)
-2 cans of chickpeas
-2 medium size onions sliced
-2 cloves of garlic
-3 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste
-1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon turmeric
-1 teaspoon curry powder
-1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
-4 cups of hot water

——First cook is for 15 minutes
—— second cook Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes and serve it with white rice and enjoy.
