Step 1
Fry the meat with the onion and garlic. I put the onion and garlic in near the end so they just get soft and not browned. Put in colander and rinse under water. Put meat in soup pot with chicken stock, wine, beans, potatoes and bacon. Bring to a boil and cook til potatoes are done. (Add more water if necessary to cover potatoes). When potatoes are done, shut off heat and add kale and cream. Stir. Eat!
