1. Dice onion and chop tofu and veggies into medium sized bits
2. Fry onion and garlic until tender
3. Add tofu and fry until golden
4. Add veggies and continue to cook until tender
5. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to instructions
6. Add curry powder, soy sauce and turmeric to the veggies and mix well to combine
