Instructions

Cilantro chutney

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Sandwich

Step 2
Cook the potato for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3
Slice the tomato, cucumber, red onion and potato.
Step 4
Spread all 3 slices of toast first with butter and then with the cilantro chutney.
Step 5
On the first toast slice put the potato slices. Then season with chat masala and add the onions on top.
Step 6
Place the second slice with the cilantro chutney side up on top of the onions.
Step 7
Now place the tomato and cucumber slices on top. Then season with chat masala and sprinkle the cheese on it.
Step 8
Place the last slice of toast with the cilantro chutney side down on top of the cucumbers.
Step 9
Toast the sandwich in a contact grill until it is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
