Step 1
Remove yellow and whites from boiled eggs . In a bowl smash the yellows with fork and add in onion, mayonnaise, garlic, pepper , salt , chilli flakes and finely chopped whites .mix well and spread it on buttered bread and toast .
Can spread some green chutney on side of one bread for taste variation.
