Add the oats, chia seeds, and milk to a small jar or bowl with a tight-fitting lid. Add fruit, cinnamon, maple syrup and yogurt as desired. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 3 days. Mix again before serving.
