3boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized chunks
2 bunchasparagus
rinsed and trimmed
½ cupbutter
softened
1 teaspoonolive oil
2 teaspoonsminced garlic
1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
or herbes de provence
½ cuplow-sodium chicken broth
0.5juice of lemon
1 tablespoonparsley
minced
dill
lemon
for garnish
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonblack pepper
fresh cracked
2 teaspoonsonion powder
feta cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Put cubed chicken, cubed potatoes, and asparagus on cookie sheet
Step 3
Pour broth onto cookie sheet and squeeze lemon juice onto all ingredients
Step 4
Add spices evenly on pan
Step 5
Sprinkle feta across all items on the pan
Step 6
Top with butter slices and lemon slices
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes (or until potatoes are soft)
