Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop bacon and cook in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Chop onion and add to cooking bacon, along with minced garlic.
Step 3
Chop broccoli into small florets. Stalks can be peeled and diced as well. Add to pan when bacon is cooked thoroughly.
Step 4
Destem kale and rip or cut leaves into bite sized pieces. When broccoli is bright green, add kale to pan and cook until leaves are wilted.
Step 5
Serve over hot cauliflower rice with Bragg's and grated parmesan.
