1stock cube

¼ tspgarlic granules

¼ tsponion granules

¼ tspitalian herb seasoning

¼ tspground cumin

¼ tsphot chilli powder

½ Tbspcurry powder

1 Tbspnutritional yeast

200gfrozen broccoli carrots cauliflower and green beans
any veg mix with no more than 40kcal per 100g

620mlwater

2eggs
large, beaten
Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients, except eggs, in a small saucepan. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Bring to boil, then cook on medium low heat for 5 min, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Just before turning off the heat, add beaten eggs and stir thoroughly. Serve hot.
