Mum’s spicy new potatoes with crunchy white cabbage - so quick and easy! A perfect side dish to curry or enjoy on its own with naan and mango chutney.

Instructions
Step 1
Cube new potatoes and boil till just done.
Step 2
Chop cabbage (not too thin)
Step 3
Mix spices; 2 tsps coriander, 1 tsp heaped turmeric, 2 tsps paprika
Step 4
Put a decent amount of oil in wok. Toss the pots snd cabbage in it. Keep sprinkling over teaspoons of the spice mix whilst tossing the veg in till all well coated. Salt to taste.
