Instructions

Step 1
if using thighs take meat off the bone
Step 2
fry chopped onion and garlic add meat. use a mortar and pestle for all the spices. add this mixture to the meat. pour on tin of coconut milk. Add bayleaves and allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes
Step 3
Add sultanas before the end of cooking time. serve with rice
