Ashley's Greek Pasta Salad

This is my go to when I have veggies and pasta to use up or when I want to have something to snack on in the fridge for the week. Obviously these proportions can be changed based on how much you like each ingredient. But the one thing I would highly recommend is the "Garlic Expressions" dressing! Bonus points if you include the garlic in the jar.

Ingredients
5 servings
0.5Cucumber
seeded, chopped and squeezed to remove water
0.5red onion
chopped
1 cupfeta cheese
1banana pepper
chopped
2 Tbspgarlic dressing
1.5 servingsorzo pasta
or bowtie
1 Tbspgreek seasoning
1 Tbspolive oil
2cloves garlic
chopped
salt
pepper
1stalk celery
chopped
12cherry tomatoes
sliced in half
Iceberg lettuce
finely chopped, optional
0.25bell pepper
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Boil your pasta of choice.
Step 2
Drain and set aside in the fridge in a large tupperware bowl
Step 3
Chop all veggies and add to bowl
Step 4
Add cheese, oils and seasonings
Step 5
Mix well or shake!
