Ingredients
4 servings
350 gmGobhi florets

1potato
big, diced or 5/6 small potatoes

0.5tomato
big, diced

Cilantro
cut

1 heaped tspCoriander powder

½ tspJeera powder

¼ tspRed chilli powder
½ tspAchaake ri aloo powder

½ tspTurmeric

salt
to taste

½ tspGaram masala
Instructions
Step 1
• Heat water in rice cooker
Step 2
• Put cauliflower and diced potatoes in steamer
Step 3
• Cook till done using the stab test
Step 4
• Heat the pan, medium low heat (no 5)
Step 5
• Add oil – 2tbsp
Step 6
• Add diced tomatoes and ½ tsp salt
Step 7
• Stir and cover
Step 8
• Tomatoes will soften in 5 min
Step 9
• Add all the spices, stir and cover for 5 min
Step 10
• Add the steamed vegetables
Step 11
• Give a good stir, cover for 10 min check in the middle to make sure it is not burning.
Step 12
• If it starts sticking to pan just add a tbsp of water and reduce the heat a bit.
Step 13
• Check the seasoning, you can add everything except turmeric.
Step 14
• Cook till done well
Step 15
• Turn off the heat
Step 16
• Add chopped coriander and garam masala, cover for 5 min.
