This vegan Mac is the perfect 10 minute weeknight meal! It’s comforting, packed with cheesy flavour and will leave you feeling amazing 😍 Makes 3 servings, macros per serve with whole wheat pasta: 💪 551 cals - 29P - 95C - 9F 🔖 Make sure to save this recipe for later! ✨INGREDIENTS✨ 10 oz whole wheat pasta 1 can chickpeas (2 cups) 3/4 cup soy milk 3/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbsp miso paste 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp salt 💦 First boil your water and cook your pasta. 😋 While your pasta cooks, add the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. 🧀 Mix your sauce in with your cooked pasta along with some reserved pasta water. 🥦 Enjoy as is or add in some broccoli or vegan sausage for extra protein!
