Instructions

Step 1
1) Puree the onion and garlic as fine as possible 2) Heat oil over medium heat and heat bay leaves until brown, add the onion mixture. 3) Cut tofu or chicken 4) Add butter and cloves 5) Add Ginger paste and cook until mix is mostly white 6) Add spices until incorporated 7) Add coconut milk 8) Add tomato paste and chicken or tofu 9) remove from heat and add yogurt and lemon juice.
