Step 1
Pour balsamic vinegar in a dish. Dip steak in the vinegar and flip to cover both sides. Add sea salt and black pepper to both sides of steak. Let sit for 5-10 min. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in frying pan. Add rosemary and thyme to both sides of steaks and put in hot frying pan. Cook 6 minutes on each side. Transfer steak to plate and let sit for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!

Adjust the amount of spices to your liking. I normally don't measure. I just go by sight. The measurements on the recipe are just a guess as to how much I used.
