Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 350 ° F. Drain jackfruit from can. Separate core from pieces (The seeds are okay to cook). set aside.
Step 2
Chop onion. Dice tomatoes and avocado. set aside. In a bowl add jackfruit, onion and spices together. Mix well.
Step 3
Add 1 cup of bbq sauce to mixture. Transfer mix to 9×13 inch pan and place in oven. Bake for 30 mins then add remaining bbq sauce and let cook additional 5 mins.
Step 4
Place 2-3 hearty Tbsp of jackfruit on each tortilla and serve with topping amount of choice.
