Step 1
firstly we must activate the yeast. Take a bowl of 3/4 cup lukewarm water, add the sugar and stir well until sugar dissolves. Now sprinkle the yeast on it and leave it aside undisturbed for 10 mins.
Step 2
Now take a deep bowl. Add both the flours in it, add salt and mix well.
Step 3
make a well in the middle, then add the oil and the yeast water (the yeast is ready once you see some bubbles - this means its active)
Step 4
Once the dough kind of comes together, bring it on a platform which is pre dusted with some flour.
Step 5
Knead this dough really well by bringing it back and forth just like a bread dough for around 5-10 mins. This will make the dough super smooth
Step 6
now take the same deep bowl, brush it with some oil. Place the dough inside. Brush the dough top with some oil. Cover the bowl with a cling film and leave in a warm place (like an oven) to ferment for about 30 minutes
Step 7
Once the dough is well fermented it will double in size.
Step 8
dust some flour on the platform. Plonk the fermented dough and roll it out into a pizza base using a rolling pin
Step 9
Once its rolled out. Dust the oven tray with some semolina, place the dough base on it.
Step 10
now spread some pizza sauce, then some cheese, some mushrooms onions and olives abd then some more cheese and bake it for 20-30 mins at 230 degrees.
